Technical Support

We offer Business and Individual Support options.

On-site and remote support are available, including out of office hours.

We do not charge call outs for our Individual or Business support, just a simple flat hourly rate billed in 15 minute increments.

Individual Support:

Business Support:

$88/hr in GST

Remote support:

$66/hr inc GST

On-site out of office hours surcharge of 15% may apply

Ongoing Linux Server Administration and Maintenance: 

$110/month per server physical or virtual, inc GST

Business support includes a Service Level Agreement, including minimum response times.
